Shakura Purifying Serum

我的脸时不时都冒痘痘。
一冒就是大大粒。
去年,我到Shakura Pigmentation Beauty Salon买产品。
 他们介绍了这个Purifying Serum给我。 

On and off, pimples will appear on my face.
Normally, it would be big pimple!
Last year, I went to Shakura Pigmentation Beauty Salon buy skin product.
Beauty consultant recommend this Purifying Serum to me.

它的颜色透明带点黄。无味的。
只要早晚搽在痘痘上就可以了。
的确,只要2-3天痘痘就会消了。
不过,如果已经是长到大大粒的痘痘,就需要几天时间了。 
它的瓶子设计是有些缺点。
开始时,我完全控制不到份量,一按就一陀出来。
现在它只剩下一点点时,却不能从瓶子按出来,要自己挖出来。。。


It is transparent with yellowish colour and no scent.
Apply it onto pimple for day and night.
After 2-3 days, pimple will be dispelled.
However,  for big pimple, it will take few more days to see the effectiveness.
Unfortunately, the bottle's design is not convenience.
  I can't control the amount. It is over pumped for many times.
Now, it just left little inside the bottle, but I can't pump it out.
I need to use something to dig it out.

    SHAKURA is TERRIBLE! BEWARE OF SHAKURA!
    Went to paradigm branch in June 2013 with my sister. Signed up a package after the 'great' selling tactic. But here is the nightmare started...
    After that found that our skin became very dull n dark, wrinkles all around the face, blackouts...then decide to make a complaint to the branch. Called and told them the condition...keep telling me that will call me back, but always don't get return call even the next day,i have to call back...Well, managed to talk to the manager and being told that we have to go back to branch to discuss further. I have warned them to prepare all related refund documents for us to sign when we come...
    So went to the shop, the manager keep telling us to try again but we insist to go for refund. Then she told that we need to meet up the specialist/director from Singapore for refund case. So appointment made.
    2weeks later we went there ago, guess what the so call specialist is not there but another manager came to us. Same, keep asking us to try another facial before refund, but NO WAY because really sick of their service...
    Then i was told that they will submit the refund case to HQ then will update me in 1 week time. Today they have called me and says that refund rejected need to meet up the specialist from singapore next month for refund...
    We have told them hundreds time that we want refund but they just tried every tactics to drag...
    Now, i am logging a report to consumer tribunal to ask for refund!
    P/S: Im the real victim, Shakura you pls don't tell customer that complaints in cyberspace is from competitor!
