直到今天,如果是周末,人龙依然很长。
我之前去曼谷没机会吃到当地的Boat Noodle,
反而却到了位于Damamnsara Perdana 的Boat Noodle尝面。
Boat Noodle from Bangkok have opened branch in Malaysia since end of last year.
Until today, you still can see the long queue in front of the restaorant.
During Bangkok trip, I dint have chance to eat Boat Noodle.
为了尝那碗迷你面,我们等了1个小时多才有位子。
那些7点才来的食客已经需要等两个小时才有位子,
所以奉劝要尝鲜的食客,记得下次趁早。
Since it was weekend, I could see the queue at 6pm.
We were waiting for more than 1 hour to taste the noodles.
For those customer coming after 7pm, they had to wait for 2 hours to get a seat.
So, my advice is coming earlier than 6pm.
面的种类只有两种:干和汤的。
配料也只有两种:鸡肉和牛肉。
还有RM1.00的甜品。
因为我们迟了,所以都卖完了。
One bowl of noodle was RM1.90. Yo can imagine that how 'large' of the portion.
It is just a bite of noodle!
There are 2 types of noodles: dry and soup;
and 2 types of main ingredients: chicken and beef.
There is RM1.00 of dessert which will be sold out on short of time.
汤汁一点点,还有一小瓣的酸甘。
其实,你们看到牛肉吗?
当我吃完了,才知道这是牛肉。人家不吃牛肉!!
This was dry beef noodle.
It was a bit of soup/ source, and a mini lime.
Do you saw the beef?
After I finish those noodles, I just realized that it was beef noodle!
总算看到鸡肉了。
如果完全不吃牛肉就不推荐来了,因为汤里偶尔混了点牛肉。
This was chicken soup noodle.
At the end, I saw the chicken in my soup.
I don't recommend for those totally do not eat beef, because even chicken noodle, it has some beef accidentally jump inside the chicken noodle.
评语:干和汤的分别就是汤汁少和多而已,全都一样的味道。闻起来像泰国鸭面的味道。吃起来咸咸,带有泰国香料。如果要更有层次感,一定要加上他桌上的调味料,会更好吃。
Comments: The differences between dry and soup are 1 is less soup and 1 is more soup, the taste is all same. It is smell like Duck Instant Noodle, the taste is a bit salty with Thailand spices. If you want the noodles more tasty, please put some sources/ spices which are already prepared on the table.
后语:我们吃了15碗面。我们不是比赛吃多,只是跑来凑热闹。整体来讲,价格偏贵,如果要吃得饱,就得花上几十块又没什么料的面。
Conclusion: We finished 15 bowls of noodles. We were not coming to compete who eat a lot, but we just came to try. Overall, the price is expensive compare with normal outside noodles.
