Yummy High Tea @ alexis Bristo Mid Valley


从来没想过到alexis Bristo用餐,因为它的高格调吓坏了我。
当Starbuck 满了人,Coffee Bean没蛋糕选择,Secret Recipe太吵,
我和朋友两个人无意间来到这里,看到它家的蛋糕有点特色,
我们就决定来个高格调的下午茶。

I never think to pay a visit for alexis Bristo due to its high class level.
When Starbuck was full, Coffee Bean had not much choice for cake, and Secret recipe was noisy,
my friend and I accidentally met with alexis Bristo.
After viewing their cakes, we decided to have a high class high tea at alexis Bristo.

 Established in 1995, Alexis offers some of the most pleasurable contemporary dining and entertainment experiences to be found in Kuala Lumpur. Few pioneers go on to become institutions – but with the support of our clientele the restaurants and bars of Alexis have done just that.
Many elements make the Alexis experience so special.  
我们看到挺多空位子,服务生就是硬要我们坐着等。
We saw many available seat inside, but the waitress wanted us to wait outside.
这里的甜点可不便宜。
不过,卖相太吸引人了, 就点了两片蛋糕和两杯饮料。
Alexis dessert was not cheap.
However, they were looking good, so we ordered 2 slices of cakes and 2 drinks.
这就是让我们一见钟情的蛋糕:Alexis招牌提拉米苏和‘莓’满蛋白酥
These were lovely cakes: Alexis Tiramitsu and Mixed Berries meringue. 
 ‘莓’满蛋白酥 Mixed Berry Meringue - RM16.00

这款蛋糕让女生无法抗拒。
蛋白酥外皮有点脆,里面是像海绵蛋糕,味道偏甜。
蛋糕的上层是酸酸甜甜的蓝莓和草莓。
中层是饱满的蛋奶油,没甜味,只有淡淡香草味。
当这三层一起含在口里,蛋白酥的甜度变得刚刚好,加上酸酸的莓类,更可口。

Every girls love this type of cake.
 Meringue was made from whipped egg whites and sugar. IT was quite sweet.
The meringue's topping were sour strawberry and blueberry.
Middle of 2 layer of meringue was thick and non-sweet vanilla cream.
When these 3 layers in a bite, this ought to be a blissful moment, for any cake lovers.
提拉米苏 Tiramitsu - RM16.00

第2次吃这款坚果提拉米苏。
吃了一口Alexis的提拉米苏,我们都赞不绝口!
上层铺上香脆的坚果和焦糖颗粒,
之后就是含有咖啡味的蛋糕层,
中层是厚厚浓浓绵绵的芝士混了巧克力碎片。
不过,我们觉得吃到一半开始觉得有点腻。
可能是芝士的关系。

This was my second times to eat this type of Tiramitsu.
It just was a bite of Alexis Tiramitsu, we immediately gave it a like!
Alexis tiramisu had a layer of caramelized nuts as the topping of the cake while the layer of mascarpone was creamy and fluffy.
姜香茅茶 Ginger & Lemongrass Tea - RM12.00

很香的香茅味,缺少了辣辣的姜味。不是说有姜的吗?
配上了蜜糖浆,提升了香茅茶的可口度。
不甜不腻,刚刚好。
我在纳闷其实能不能再加热水的。
回到家看了其他博客的博文,才知道可以加热水。
为什么服务生看到水壶空了也不问一声的?
服务态度有待改进!
虽然我们看起来是平民的样子,霸占了3个小时的位子,也不能这样对我啊!

 The tea was full with lemongrass scent, but it was no any ginger taste. Where was the ginger?
After mixing with honey, lemongrass tea became tastier.
I was wandering whether the tea can be refill with hot water or not.
When I back home and read through other bloggers' post, I just know it can be refill.
Why those waitress do not offer me when they know my pot was empty?
I think their service should be improved!
Although we were looked like vulgar, occupied the seats for 3 hours, but still we were customer!
 自家品牌咖啡 House Brand Coffee - RM10.00

我不喝咖啡,无法告诉你它的味道。
喝咖啡的朋友因为错手放它太多,搞到咖啡失去了原味。

I could not drink coffee so I can't tell you the taste.
My friend accidentally put too many sugar (Maybe because of the sugar cube was very cute), so destroy the coffee origin taste.
有机会,我想我会再度去那边用午餐或晚餐。
尤其是意大利面,我特别想试,看看是不是值得。
I think I will visit alexis Bristo again for lunch or dinner.
especially the spaghetti, I would like to give it a try.

  5. 我觉得tiramisu好吃,不过同样的蛋糕在Cosans Coffee也能吃到(他们从一样的蛋糕制造商拿货的),只是没有那个草莓酱。XD
    Ampang那一家晚上偶尔会有现场音乐表演,值得去。
