Yummy: Dak-Galbi @ Uncle Jang

吃腻了火锅,这次三人聚会来到Solaris的Uncle Jang 用午餐。
在之前,我对Uncle Jang 一点概念也没有。
我朋友都说特别又好吃,是一锅熟的料理。
一进到店里,只看见简陋的横装。心想:真的那么好吃吗?
我就是看外表吃东西的人。。。很讨厌是不是?哈哈!

This time our Lady's Gathering came to Uncle Jang at Solaris.
I had no idea about Uncle Jang before this.
My friend said Dak-Galbi was special  and taste good, and it was all in one.
Once I stepped in the restaurant, a simple interior design came into my eyes.
I thought: Is it really tasty?
Yeah! I am the people who judge by cover. I know this attitude is not good.

 我们点了两人份普通辣的Dak-Galbi。
我朋友说加辣的Dak-Galbi真的超辣。
所以普通人还是吃回普通辣就好了。

我们不需要动手炒肉,店员会搞定一切,
是要带上围巾,等吃就行了。 

We ordered Dak-Galbi with normal spicy for 2 persons potion.
My friend said Dak-Galbi with extra spicy was really spicy until put into mouth.
Therefore, we as a normal persons better choose normal spicy.

At here, we no need to cook by ourselves, the waitress will prepare the meal in front us. 
What we can do is putting on the apron, and waiting to eat. 
源自於韓國春川地方名菜:Dak-Galbi是一個受歡迎的韓國菜,炒醃好的雞肉(豬肉)切塊,(辣椒醬)基於醬,切片白菜,紅薯,大蔥洋蔥tteok年糕)一個熱鐵板,所有的材料在鍋上拌炒,等到食物熟透就可以在鐵板上熱呼呼的享用。
Dak galbi, also romanized dalk galbi, is a popular Korean dish generally made by stir-frying marinated diced chicken in a gochujang (chili pepper paste) based sauce, and sliced cabbage, sweet potato, scallions, onions, ggaennip, and tteok (rice cake) together on a hot plate.

韩国餐必看到的生菜,大葱,蒜头,这些都是用来包炒肉吃的。
不过,我都不吃生的,所以也不知道是什么滋味。

In Korea, we can find this ingredients: lettuce, onion, garlic...
We can use those lettuce wrap the stir-fried chicken.
However, I do not know the taste because I dislike raw food.

这铁板炒肉可以加拉面或饭一起炒。
我们要了炒饭和炒面。
本来店员不给我们加饭,说很多客人叫了饭却因为饱就取消。
因为我的坚持,他就很不愿意加饭给我。

This hot pan stir-fried chicken can be added on ramen or rice.
We ordered mixing with rice and ramen.
At the first, the waitress refused to add rice. 
The reason was most of the customer order rice and cancel at the end due to too full.
It was unreasonable.
Therefore, I insisted to fry chicken with rice.
At the end, he fried the rice and ramen with not willingly.  

炒肉的味道咸咸带辣,够味!
我朋友喜欢韩式拉面,所以说拉面好吃。
我偏爱饭。尤其是吃到最后的饭焦更可口!
两人份三个人吃有点多呢!如果四个人吃应该刚刚好。
我看到对面桌的两个人还点了鸡汤,不知他们如何吃完的呢?

The taste of fried chicken is spicy with salty, taste good!
My friend liked fried chicken with ramen, so they said ramen is better.
I preferred frying with rice, especially parched rice at the end. It was  fragrant.
2 person potion was quite big for 3 of us. If 4 people have it, I think it should be enough.
I saw another table with 2 customers ordered Dak-Galbi and Ginseng Chicken Soup.
I was wandering how they can finish those dish?

 我对韩国料理又长知识了!
如果吃腻了烤肉,可以尝试韩国铁板鸡料理~~

After this lunch, I know more about Korean cuisine.

  5. 我也很喜欢吃uncle jang! 通常我和我男朋友吃会叫二人份可是ramen叫一个位 刚刚好 :) 我会比较喜欢配ramen XD
